Hmm, I wonder where this arc is going.

Tiffany is getting more compliments from her coworkers. Also, she is showing some smarts in how to take care of customers!

you got it right so far, Starlet! I like that Tiff is finding enjoyment in working just like anyone else who doesn’t have a Tom Farrell to pay his or her bills. no matter how this arc ends, Tiff got this part of it down already. and that’s how you start on your way somewhere. it may take a long time for us to see the results, but something good is bound to happen to her someday.

Tif is doing well. She has this gig figured out!

I’m glad that yesterday may have been a fluke, and this might not turn into a “let’s all laugh at Tiffany” arc.

Sounds like the men and women have a different standard.

It’s good to see Pru again.

I’ve got the feeling because Tiff is doing so well that something will happen to trip her up. You know – the Murphy Law. Gunther and Bets come into Tiff’s zone and we will find out how the lingerie sold on eBay…Or Les come out from the back and demands to switch back to waiting tables. Or Bernice and Luann come into her zone and give her a hard time – the poor rich girl who has to work. If I remember correctly, neither know Ann is almost her stepmom so Tiffany might clam up about it rather than have them find out why she has to work. Or she flirted a bit too much with a male customer who is dining with a girlfriend or a wife who became upset with her and brings TJ out from the back to settle things. Like prescott_philosopher said, where is this arc going? Me says it’s the Murphy’s Law – something unexpected happens.

Men can’t talk without Tiffany. Women can’t talk with Tiffany. Is that really the joke?

Tiff has all the right answers!!

I like that Pru made an umbrella drink – which usually has rum. It was my impression that The Fuse only had beer & wine. Cocktails are an art form these days – including the presentation. A place with a full bar is more fun.

I hope this arc switches to focus on Pru.

Tiffany is doing just fine, Pru. So leave her be.

And for the Love of God, Please don’t go playing “matchmaker” again, like you did last year when you suggested to (GAG) Les, that he invite Tiff over to the Gulag.

Besides, He’ll be slithering out of the kitchen soon enough after her, as it is.

On a more POSITIVE Note, Ms Lee! Wouldn’t be lovely if she WAS indeed a regular? Perhaps a frequent customer at the Fuse? Or a professor at Mooney U, who teaches Business?

Or Piro’s analyst? ;)

Okay either way, Tiff, as long as you get those tips!

Well I guess Brad and Toni will have to wait another 3 months to see another house.

Now this is a friendship that I want to see grow and become stronger! Prudence could be able to connect better Luann and Tiffany, and maybe help Tiffany to understand something about herself snd the others.

Quick learner. She really has taken to this job. :o)

Tiffany picks her battles!

Men socialize by insulting one another. But they don’t really mean it. Women socialize by complementing one another. They don’t really mean it, either. :o)

This is the most relaxed that Tiff has been portrayed in years.

Tiffany’s always been so entitled and work-averse. Are we certain she hasn’t been body-snatched?!?

I will take the 8/6 special medium rare and my friend will have the Greg special. Clever place for Greg’s name and date.

These days I think Tiffany could make some $ as a YouTube fashionista as she does have knowledge and can be personable. If the restaurant agreed, she could put up a poster advertising her channel, and the customers who like her could be her starting base. She also had a good rep at campus about that kind of thing, and so could have another starter group of followers.

Interesting conversation. Tiffany knows how to work a table it seems. I am glad she is seemingly happy at the moment. Hopefully there will be no Les or Gunther to disrupt the tranquility.

What would be interesting to me is to have some sort of confirmation this week that Tiffany is going back to Moony U this Fall and is starting on her Business Major. Hopefully her living arrangements will be either her dorm or somewhere off campus (NOT with Les or Gunther). I suspect the Fuse will be very accommodating in allowing Tiffany to fit in hours around her class schedule.

I never want my server to “hang around and chat”. Just get the order correct and be unobtrusive. I’ve had a couple servers who actually sat down at the table or in the booth! Very awkward and it did NOT increase the tip. Just the opposite.

Tiff is the perfect trophy girlfriend, but Greg treats her like he was an evil stepmother. On the other hand, when we last saw Bets and Gun, they were “getting into” lingerie and maybe even approaching intimacy.

She certainly knows her market

To each according to his needs. From each according to her abilities.

For someone who was used to the so-called good life for years, Tiff seems to have adjusted to waiting tables fairly well.

Nice to see Tiff doing well in her job; let’s hope she is on track toward studying for a business degree and that nothing in this arc will cause that plan to be derailed. Did she take a class this summer like she planned?

Tiffany is perfect for Service Industries work. But the pay isn’t very good, and such work doesn’t offer the fame and adulation that might come to a successful actress, so, when convenient for her, the Tiffster will bail….

Tiffany must look out for her customers like yesterday’s Asian angel, Miss Lee. Do not let her over the hill and horny father anywhere near her.

Its wonderful that Tiff clearly has found a niche she is really good at, but what us really happening with her? That is the real question.

Because tiff, you’re being respectful, friendly, professional and covertly flirty at the same time.

only for strangers, she feels free to butt in and hang around when it’s Luann
