    The printed copy is the backup for when the computer crashes, taking the memory and all the passwords needed for access to the cloud with it, or for when the programs are updated so as to not read earlier versions. Thank you Microsoft — I didn’t really need my business and legal correspondence records or my annual calendar or contact list back in 2015 [sic].

    This Plugger fills out the form on-line, then calls their customer service to make sure it went through okay and didn’t have any mistakes.
