Frisk apparently uses throwaway phones, so no wrist radio, I guess, but Tracy is getting a signal from an older device. It appears that he didn’t plant any device on Frisk because he wasn’t expecting the signal he is getting.
You know, I’m still trying to figure out how these two rather incompetent-looking people managed to get her up there into such a precarious position, unless they had some skilled help. Can’t see them able to do it on their own.
1-CHIEF: Dammit Tracy! You’re late again! What have I told you about getting to work on time?
2-TRACY: Ummm. What’s that Chief? This ear ain’t working so good today. Kind of stuffed up.
CHIEF: I said LOOK AT YOUR WATCH AND TELL ME WHAT TIME IT IS AND WHAT TIME IT SHOULD BE!
3-TRACY: Oh, yeah. Wait. My eyes are on the fritz too. Lemme have a closer look. No. Still can’t read this thing. Oh well. Better get to work.
CHIEF: I’d fire that idiot but it would leave Sam as my only detective. At least Tracy shows up – eventually. HEY! ANYBODY SEEN SAM IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS?
