    My parents would be the last ones I would call. I would instead lightly tap the person beside me and turn my page slightly with a quiz-look on my face. Good thing I sat in the middle of the classroom. In the front you were in the eye of the teacher, in the back you were in the eye of the assistant, but in the middle you were safe.
