I’m not a fan of Chance either, especially when I have to count it as “9” when I tried going for a Yahtzee with aces after I already counted 3 in the upper half earlier in the game.
Yes, we cut out the big reveal between panels 1 and 2, where Gil tells Mimi why Chance the Snapper became Mr. BT and has been AWOL since grade 2, etc. Actually, we couldn’t think of anything and so we are just going to move on to finish our jerk-of-the-season story, with the evil stepdad in the role of the evil uncle, etc.
This makes no sense. Even with no self-esteem, why would he think he’s a bad teammate? He’s done absolutely nothing to hurt the team, he’s the MVP.
On an unrelated note, I’ve been unable to get the strip to come up on the color site, so I guess no MUT until tomorrow. Feel free to throw out dialog suggestions for today.
