Even the Colt’s great Adam Vinatieri has struggled mightily this year. At 46 years old, it may be time.

Vinatieri and the Bills’ Stephen Hauschka are having shaky seasons, the Patriots have been through 5 kickers, the Cowboys cut the only kicker to have 3 60+ yard FGs; it has not been a good year for kickers at all.

The Titans’ Ryan Succop started the year on IR. They brought in a replacement kicker who stunk, brought in a second kicker who stunk, brought Succop back from IR and found out he couldn’t do kickoffs so they hired a kickoff specialist who started ok and then stunk. And Succop then went 1-6 on field goals and was just placed back on IR since his knee injury clearly isn’t healed and he’s stinking. Our new kicker starts this weekend. Pray for the Titans.

Chris Boswell is having the best year of his career. He’s only missed twice, and once was from 54 yards which is a stretch for anyone.
