I wonder… does the dog Roscoe also get birthday cards from the vet?

We got an actual letter the other day. I almost recycled it with the rest of the mail, but fortunately, it was stuck to another piece of mail that we needed to handle. Almost makes me want to write a letter myself. But I’ll probably just stick to emails.

So you were complaining about letters but was willing to settle for a greeting card?

It’s true. My two cats get more mail than I do.

The only mail I get is from the mail order Pharmacy.

I get several cards and letters each month from the hearing aid emporiums.

That’s about all I get for mail, anymore … and I don’t even have a cat!

Cursive writing was very important until the “spoilers” decided it was outdated wasn’t important anymore! W R O N G

Is she going to get tutored? Reminds me, reinstall that greeting-card app.

Not so subtle reminders from the vet that you need to spend another mountain of money on unnecessary shots, checkups, etc.

For several years after his death, my father was still getting more mail than me…

I’ve been getting cards from a couple of vets, for people who don’t live here anymore. I have no pets. I’ve been getting mail from hearing aid dealers for years. I may have tinnitus, but I can still hear well enough to converse, and enjoy music.

When I turned 65 I immediately started getting lots of mail from every cremation outfit in town.

A postcard arrived today from the vet, telling my cat to remind me to take her for her shot. The cat tried to hide the card, but I found it, and made the appointment. Sneaky little devil.
