I have a star named after me. I looked up in the sky, pointed at a star, and said, “I’m naming you, CDWard.” Seems to have worked.

Do you think the International Star Registry sells the same star over and over? What are the odds that two people would confer and find out they both have bought the same one?

It reminds me of the scam on buying a piece of the moon – complete with map and deed! (A “friend” bought into it and paid 50.00 – while it was still available.) OY!
