my, this is quite the dilemma

Yay! Gun saved the day! (Actually I think “Gunner” is a better nickname than Gun or Gunny.)

Dumb bunny Angel Tiff….no she did not tell Steffi that she’d keep Bernice at bay. Steffi said that, and, apparently, Tiff just went along. Sucker!!!!

And… Gunth is at the door… was he leaving? What a great idea, Gunth! No reason to stay there anyway! But I suppose that if he convinces Tiff to study, then he and Bets have somewhat of an obligation to stay at the lame “Ball” and help her with her Economics. Sigh.

Tiff should join the study ball & Gun should leave, getting Gunther away from Bernice & her hang ups, getting Tiff the studying she needs and hopefully getting Bernice to stop being so annoying.

Hmmm. It’s Saturday. Will we see where this goes on Monday, or will we be transported to another universe far away?

Yay! Gunther saves the day! Stop Tiffany from leaving by encouraging her to study.

I thought that Bets would open the door, but Gunther is an old friend and can encouraging Tiffany!!!

“Gun” is getting to be quite a nickname for Gunther if even the black dot creatures on Tiffany’s shoulders know it.

Pretend you didn’t hear him , Tif. Gunther will tell Bets, and Bets will say “We should go find her.” And then Bernice will pursue Bets and Gun…and all heck breaks loose at the Blacklight BlackJack bash. (Now THAT would surely qualify as hilarity!)

Wow – Tiff heard Gunther’s voice, and it overrode what either of the shoulder people were saying. Broke her out of her bubble and stopped her right in her tracks.

Someone called this very scenario yesterday. At the least the part about someone opening the door to Study Ball and catching Tiffany at the last second. Congrats.

Now, Gunther should suggest but not insist that Tiffany attend Study Ball. Very GENTLY. After all, We don’t want to rile the “Gunther should mind his own damned business” crowd again. No siree Bob.

The problem here is Tiffany didn’t bring her books. If she heads back to her room to get them, ‘lil Devil Tiff may succeed in talking Tiff into going to Kip’s. And later, a concerned Bernice may wonder what happened to her and start looking.

And by sheer luck and convoluted plot development, run smack dab into UNAUTHORIZED Fun going on at Kip’s……., :)

Why was Gunther at the door?

The “horned one” always speaks loudest, so you have to listen/think carefully.

G & K are hogging the ball until the clock runs out (weekend). Hopefully Monday somebody does something.

Daylight saving March 8?

I’m still seeing a fashion business with Tycoon Tiffany, Bets as sales promotions extraordinaire, and Gunther’s designer wear or costuming for Prudence’s Broadway stage. Styles so “something” that Ann Awful would crawl through barbed wire to own and is told to get on the wait list. hahahahaha.

I’m betting that Anne Awful has a pair of matching twins for consciences- both with horns.

Yay, now Tiffany can go in and watch Gunther and Bets make out. Like she’s going to get any studying done with all that going on. And Bernice can ask her why she’s all dressed up.

Tiffany looks like she gained a few extra pounds this week.

Ugh, it’s Gunther. Go. Go far away.

If Tiffany keeps going like this, she might turn into a donkey like Pinocchio.

Saved by the Gun, aka Gunny!

Those shoulder angels and devils are always trying to put thoughts in your head.

HOORAY! Even this time Tiffany is save by Gunther. All he needs is to do a quick appearance and just that saves her. what a great relationship they have!♡. Right now, study is the most important thing to do for her. Lil evil Tiffany still try and she is hilarious. I love Tiffany’s expressions more and more. In the last panel she’s so confused♡.

And Gunther materializes out of the Study Hall door like a djinn out of a bottle. Is Greg setting up a dichotomy between Gunther and Kip in Tiffany’s life? Kip’s first appearance to Tiffany was also through a door. Are Gunther and Kip the two whisperers on her shoulders? If Tiffany enters Study Ball with Gunther, what dynamic will that set up with Bets? With Bets and Bernice?

Will Greg jump to another arc Monday? Will Daylight Savings Time shed new light on this arc???

The big question – will Tiff jump the Gun?! (Probably not – Bets is around… :D)

I want to see what’s going on at the Blackout Party!

The more I look at panel 2, I think Tiff came around the corner and was headed to the party and was bypassing Study Ball. She has quite the determined look on her face and no studying implements. I know Dog suggested ebooks, and yes I’m old but surely don’t people still use notebooks for stuff they deem worth of remembering for tests?

Middle panel has that look of resolve and seduction.

I hope Monday shows Tiff at the study ball with Gunth seated between her and Bets. Since neither of the women have any study aids, Gunth will have to pull up the textbooks on his laptop. Bets and Tiff will have to sit VERY close to Gunth and lean in even closer to see the screen.

And bossy Bernice won’t be able to say a word, because, hey! They’re studying! :D

Is this a story about how it’s important to choose your friends carefully? As in the friends you hang around with usually determine how well you do in school? Or a lesson in how to successfully socially navigate moving between two groups of people who want to claim you as a friend (and the loyalty that sometimes comes with the “friend” label?)

Good old Peer Pressure.

This being Saturday, there will be a new arc Monday. Greg never concludes an arc.

In panel 2; Tiff’s step position is awkwardly drawn. If her arm positions are correct, i.e., left arm leading, shouldn’t her right leg be leading?

For someone who is having financial problems, she still looks good in those fancy clothes. ;)

I wish fewer posters would talk about how the female characters in this ‘toon are being ’saved’ by the male characters. Is it possible that a female character (Tiffany, in this instance) could possibly ‘save’ herself?

She is too good to hurt Gunther’s feelings.
