My wife is getting paranoid about my aging (I’m 17 years older. (She proposed)). Yesterday, we were going to the library and ended up on a new route. I almost missed the turn (not knowing where to turn). She got upset.
Do you know the best way to go down the stairs? Turn around and face the “wrong” way. Go down like a toddler. If you should lose your balance, you fall forward. With this technique, forward let’s you land on the stairs, you are now facing, versus a swan dive, down the stairs. And “toes on the treads” is better than “heels on the treads”.

The true pain is delayed, it’s why people say “He’ll feel that in the morning”.

You won’t look silly, if no one’s watching.

“Oops” isn’t exactly the word many men would utter, if they fell on their posterior.

If he fell and managed to get up on his own, he’s not in too bad of shape. Getting back up is the hardest.

She’ll say mean things about you at your funeral no matter what, Earl.

So you let a rug throw you? And quit walking like Chester Goode.

She’s trying to goad him into being truthful! Opal worries about Earl!

Not to worry. He landed where there’s more then sufficient padding.

The only funerals are the video-conferenced ones right now.
