Not one to be outdone. But then she enjoys herself.

oh no, not too much Rosie. Mom gonna pick-up where she left-off – thats all.

Some people feel that without work they have no purpose.

I don’t think Meemaw knows the concept of “overdo”…

Gardening is work, but it’s work you want to do, at least, it can be that way.

I thot she had a front-end loader.

That’s my mom. She is starting to slow down and starting to ask for help. She is 85 and a great-grandmother of 6, so I guess she is allowed. :o)

Even near the end of her life, my mom was all ready to go out and set up the garden for the year.

I love meemaw for all the hard work. That keeps her busy and lively.

I’m getting a small greenhouse this year! I hope I can finally garden here in the Outback. I swear, the only thing I’ve grown is a dang aloe plant. I thought it was gonna die, put it in a small circle bed . .BOOM! It fills the thing now! I don’t even do anything.. guess it loves being neglected

Her seat looks like what I expected when I bid on a truckload of manure and an hour massage in a silent auction. When I called the ranch for delivery, I learned that it was a dump truck load. I talked them into delivering half in May and half in October, and still had plenty to give to friends.

Rose is doing more Yard Work than I ever wanted to do.
