What a sweet story!

I guess it’s good to know you’re going to get old enough to be a crone.

Past, present, future.

Just a figure of speech, like when your doctor greets you with “How are WE today?”.

Just kidding. It’s her….somehow. “They whistle the same tune.” ;-)

There’s no time like the future.

And finkd gets the gold star for calling it yesterday.

Honestly, I think the old adage Do what you love and the money will follow can’t apply for most people.

Reminiscent of Heinlein’s “By His Bootstraps,” one of my favorite short stories.

The news in recent weeks has begun to sound more like a lead-up to blues music. This was a very enjoyable riff.

I think she just met her older self.

All well and good, but what happened to Petey?

Good enough that I went back to Monday and re-read the whole thing.

If my 18 year old met me now, he’d say, “Holy crap, you look like you lost a fight with the Tasmanian Devil! Must’ve been a helluva life and you rock that beard!! Shame about the hair.” Wouldn’t trade it for the world.

I can see why Wiley chose to rerun this one now.

Avid reader; great imagination; considerate; a sweetheart. Presidential material if I ever seen it. I’d vote for her. She’ll beat The Dump by a landslide.

A sufficiently advanced “croning” technology would be indistinguishable from real life.

When I was younger, I met my future self. He advised buying stock in apples.

Must be amazing to know what you are going to look like when you age. Don’t want to know about the aches and pain though.

It’s just as well that she didn’t meet Danae’s future self instead.

Kind of hard to follow your bliss if you don’t know what it is…

As a child I followed my bliss, it should have killed me on at least 3 different occasions, later my bliss was an astonishingly beautiful lady who I married and had wonderful daughter with.

Anything else is icing on the cake for me.

Never grow to old to be young.
