I’m pretty new to this comic, so I’m likely missing something. Mildred’s friends believe in Selkies, yet in the previous comic didn’t believe Sasha tried to drown her?
I wonder, is their plan to give the skins to Papa Selkie, and by extension, the girls? Or maybe just leave them on the beach? Though then someone else could find them. I can’t imagine them using them for some other plan, or somehow trying to defy Papa. Since girls know everything, I’m sure we’ll find out soon.
I also wonder what a Papa Selkies power is in the human world and what rules he is bound by.
