I’d expect the Russians to like him.

Sure that’s not Norsk, Svensk, or Dansk? Russian would be more like “FINKSKII”.

That’ll send him into a Fink Funk (with thanks to another commenter who devised the term.) Lots of those going around in the piddle puddle on the Potomac.

How would this bother "good ol’ " Fink? The pre-stamped ballot papers always work!

Notice how the graffiti writer put it low on the wall so that the Fink could read it?

I thought it was Rodney’s job to keep the king informed about unrest among the great unwashed. Maybe the big coward’s in hiding.

“Minsk u Pinsk u Omsk u Tomsk” (cultural note: These are all names of cities; in Russian, ‘u’ is pronounced “ee” and means “and”)

After reading all the comments. I thing a grave mistake has been made. Finkoff would be U.S. slang and Finkoff “ay” would be Canadian. However Finksk is more Polish than Russian. So one can deduce that that Rodney wrote that on the wall and the proof is Rodney is no where to be seen.

    “You don’t vote for king!”

“How do you become king, then?”

“The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. That is why I am your king!”

“Listen- strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.”
