Let me guess, the gentleman in the green coat is Hamilton? They were watching “Hamilton” downstairs last evening. They liked it but I just can’t put up with rap.

I’m not much for musicals, and dang sure don’t like rap (generally) though I do have a few on my playlists that just catch me right. Plus I don’t have a Disney subscription and probably never will.

Tried to watch Hamilton stories and video clips but my mind just can’t keep up with the tone of the rap. I am quite sure that the words are exceptionally important, however the beat and staccato of them make it hard for me to keep up with them as they’re being sung. Like most rap songs.

Maybe I can get it done in a country style with a fiddle, steel guitar, and George Strait singing it. Not the crud that passes for country today.

    Sorry for the deviation.

The part they didn’t write, and just assumed everyone knew (i.e. the unwritten rule): “So long as you are a white male land-owner of English descent.”

It is that line “All men are created equal and endowed” that has created problems for the white man.. penis envy.

It is when some people want to become “more equal” like nowadays, that problems arise.

It’s even recited in the 1970’s Schoolhouse Rock song “Fireworks”!
