obviously alive lobsters feel pain, like every alive being. if a being is alive, then it feels pain when they are killed, when their life is taken away. if a being has nervous they feel, if a being can feel and have awareness they feel, if a living being have instints they feel, any living being have survival instincts, emotions, senses, they feel. you dont need an IQ of 2 cents to realize it.
Lobster Pain: Obviously we need a study funded by a Multi Million dollar government grant to find out along with new regulations. And where the hell is PETA?
I thought this was supposed to be about unbelievable things. I’ve known what SCUBA stands for ever since I saw an episode of Family Ties when dumb Mallory actually knew something.
Sean Connery played James Bond 7 times, Dr. No (1962), From Russia with Love (1963), Goldfinger (1964), Thunderball (1965), You Only Live Twice (1967), Diamonds Are Forever (1971), and Never Say Never Again (1983). From 1962 to 1983 is 21 years. Craig has only played Bond for 14 years so he still has a ways to go to catch up. Yeah Sean. And yes David Niven and George Lazenby are the only actors that played the part for a single movie.
It was Jacques Cousteau, a French-Canadian marine scientist who did much of his research from on his ship called The Calypso. Singer John Denver wrote a song about the Cousteau’s ship “Calypso” after visiting aboard it.
A lobster will attempt to climb out of boiling water. Good chefs insert an ice pick into the nerve plexus at the back of the head just prior to dropping them in to prevent this.
And SCBA, without the U, stands for “self-contained breathing apparatus” – the device used by firefighters (and others) to breathe in bad conditions, just not underwater.

Has anyone ever tried sticking one of the lobster claws into the boiling water to see if it withdraws it?

I for sure have serious problems with boiling lobsters alive, especially when we don’t know if they’re feeling the pain!

When I think of James Bond, I think of Roger Moore’s Bond.

What I find interesting about Roger Moore is he played Beau Maverick on the show of same name.

Oh I’m sure creatures from the cold ocean bottom don’t feel pain when boiled alive. Right.
Take care and gesundheit.

And a Thomson’s gazelle feels pain when it’s being ripped apart by a pack of hyenas. What’s the point?
