Not true. Time drags when you’re just lying around, not doing anything. Soo boring.

Children are also missing because they are busy making sure they have everything they need for the First Day of School and getting to bed early. I think it is the perfect moment to crank up the volume on my Heavy Metal Music!!!!!! ;)

I have 3 girls and my wife, makes 4. No boys, the youngest is 20. I always get into trouble for napping in my big red chair. So I said “I wish the grand kids would come soon!” there was all this love in the eyes of my wife, the girls laughed, I said " Then I could have Grandpa naps!" Currently, there is the husband doghouse again.

There are times that I long to just lay back and do nothing. Be Garfield, for a day. But, I have things to do. I have routines to keep up with. I wouldn’t want get stiff by not doing the morning stretch. And, there are comics to read and comments to do.

Jim Davis, or his team of cartoonists, are getting almost as lazy as the orange fat cat, especially with the Monday strips.
