Garfield must be getting slow in his old age if it takes him 17.5 seconds to eat a hot dog.

It is a big deal, cat. Because it has to cook it before you can eat it.

Why eat hotdogs super fast? You miss all the taste and texture …… ok, got it!

Ew, microwaved? Hot dogs MUST be blackened over high heat.

prep and cleanup nearly always take longer than the actual “job”

I can honestly say i haven’t had a microwave in 20+ years and i don’t miss it.

35 seconds in a microwave? Too long.

The heck, he ate it in 17.5 seconds? I can eat it in 7.9 seconds, I’m a speed eater ya know.

So the garbage disposal is more efficient.

So I’m curious, can Jon actually hear Garfield’s thoughts? Based on Jon’s reaction, it seems like he can. I’ve also seen certain strips over the years that also suggests this. I hope someone sees my comment and has an answer.

Garfield can eat three hot dogs in thirty-five seconds, faster than it would for Jon to cook one IMO. #quickeater :)

Try aiming for 20 cooking seconds.

My microwave can cook a hot dog in 25 seconds
