A minute – that’s about twice the time one usually gets after hours of stultifying music and repeats of that great old hymn we appreciate your business while they’re giving you the business

whats weird is i have BC just before this one in my line up.

Smart to have the complaint desk so difficult to reach. Kind of like today when they put you on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a customer service agent!

This grievance cell is possible only in The Fink’s land. I wonder how the author is able to design such circumstances. I am surprised how the author is not ruling in a country already and having time for this strip.
