“Speedy” is relative to normal speed and expectations.

Reminds me of the joke popular back in the 1960s. 3 farmers were boasting about their farms. The one from NY state said “My farm is so big it takes me 8 hours to drive around the perimeter with my tractor.” The Texan said "That’s nothing, my farm is so big it takes me 4 days to drive my tractor around the perimeter. The Russian, not to be outdone, said “Yes, we have tractors like that too!”

The joke here is that in Communism, even simple stuff becomes lousy and unreliable.

If you’ve ever been to Moscow you’d realize that it’s closer to the truth than to fiction.

In Soviet Russia, customer gets delivered to pizza.

Order one delivered to Podunk, Texas!!!
