It’s awful enough there’ve been periods in history when domestic cats have been systematically persecuted and tortured. But this is just plain mean of that pooch. Maybe he should ponder the plight of the wolf and coyote for a moment, and see how that feels.
I want to say that early in the life of the internet there was a widespread meme that everyone on the internet could be someone’s dog. Nice closing of the loop in this comic!
The dog may be making up the story without evidence, but every time I look into my cat’s eyes, I know it’s true. Like the proverbial blind squirrel finding a nut, sometimes even the craziest conspiracy theorist gets lucky.
