I like the think of these times as a realization of what is important and what is not. I now realize how little was actually important, and how very important a very few things are
Can HARDLY wait to see these times in history books: Will it be whitewashed (literally and figuratively) to show Stalwart Americans bearing up under all kinds of hardships, forging ahead and behind. . .or will all its many facets be shown????
Wasn’t it Lincoln who said something like, “people are about as happy or as sad as they choose to be.”? I tend to think that is true, particularly in times of challenge.

Rat’s poster looks like something Ralph Steadman might have done in his (very) early years…

and the fiend in Rat’s poster has orange glop all over his terrorizing face face, how appropriate.

G’Kar (looking at Daffy Duck): “I was studying this image. Is it one of his household gods?”
Zack: “That’s Daf- Yeah. Well, in a way I suppose it is. It’s sort of the Egyptian god of Frustration.”
G’Kar: “Most appropriate! Thank you!”

Things happen. You get to choose how you react. If everything is a crisis and drama, you’re going to have a very difficult life.

Edvard Munch’s painting “The Scream” would be appropriate.

Pig’s poster is sorely out of date. Rat’s is right! Reflect the Bad Times as well as the good (as if any were good)….
