    The prosecutor has orchestrated the lyre’s downfall. He’s playing him for a fool. But the lyre’s seen his notes and will string him along for awhile before dramatically revealing that he went out at eight to the bar.

    It’s actually ‘baldfaced’ lie, archaically ‘barefaced’ lie. ‘Boldfaced’ meant proudly. And, okay, Drumpf and his cohort do lie with pride most of the time, or so it seems.
