I once read about senior sneak day at MIT. Traditionally the underclassmen sabotage the rooms of the seniors while they’re gone. In one case a water drop like the one shown in the cartoon was placed in the senior’s room. He was prepared for it and opened the door carefully a couple of inches, reached up and took the bucket down, went to his sink, and poured in the water. But the prank was that the drainpipe had been altered to flow out to the front. The water shot all over his pants.
