So, is he dead or alive!!

Intestinal tear ducts. Terrible things. My uncle had those. He cried every time he ate my aunt’s cooking. She had a related birth defect – an enlarged funny bone.

Hopefully, the tall bulge lower on the table are his feet.

Now there’s some sad things known to man

Dear Mr. Fantasy…

I think he’s crying because they’re operating on him without anesthesia! (Also, surely in 2020 people realize that surgical masks go over your nose?)

For cryin’ out loud … (one of my dad’s favorite sayings).

You should see the tears of a clown when there’s no one around!
