Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your

Monty’s got nail protectors over the electric wires, but he should also put them over the white PVC and definitely over the copper piping. (Sorry, I used to be a plumber).
I’ve been painting and painted the kitchen ceiling because it was stained. I thought it was cooking stains. Yesterday I found out the roof leaks, 2020 strikes again.
Too many DIYs this year, I can’t get materials. My Trex (ordered in June) arrived November 12. I don’t live in the temperate zone! I’ve been lucky to have had a few unseasonably mild and sunny days to start installation but I’m less than ¼ done.
Cool that he knew enough to draw in the metal plates on the studs to prevent nails being driven into the wiring. Good attention to detail for a comic strip.
Husband wondered why I refused to move into the house he was building for us until he got the kitchen and bathroom finished. Two most important rooms in the house as far as I’m concerned.
You need stud protectors over where the pipe goes through the stud as well. That appears to be a vent pipe but if yu nailed into it you might get sewer odor.

What about all the thousands of homes which have in their basement a shower surrounded by a curtain and a commercial, free standing wash sink nearby?

I’m impressed he got this far without a plumbing disaster. One other important thing missing, though, is the bumwad.
