In those circumstances, respect the man’s wishes. Don’t intubate him. Don’t even keep him in the hospital. Send him home.

That is how a coup d’etat is done.Meanwhile the count is nearly 12 million and over 250,000 dead…and even after it is shown he lost…he claims voter fraud in the millions with no proof… except those that did try to vote twice….for Trump…he called them patriots.

It is terrifying that half the country is this guy.

I admit to being dumbfounded that someone could be in a Covid ward and still wondering why they are there, since there is no virus and it’s a hoax. What force can cause such a disconnect? How can so many be so oblivious to truth? Does some silly tribal loyalty really trump all reason? I’m really worried where all this will take us.

I do find it interesting that we “libtards” keep being told we absolutely have to reach out to better understand and get along with the Trump supporters, it’s our duty. But never the other way around where they need to reach out to us…

Why is this guy even in a hospital if he believes that coronavirus is a hoax? Shouldn’t he be at home poisoning himself with oleandrin, the snake oil that the My Pillow guy is hawking?

A question from a French observer : surely, the 73 millions people who cast their votes for Trump can’t be ALL like that guy. Isn’t there other types of Trump voters ? I’m asking, because It baffles me how polarized and intolerant and unfraternal the American debate seems to have become. There is no defense for what he’s saying, they just refuse to believe coronavirus is a real thing, they cannot be convinced because, and only because trump says so. If he said people could breathe easier by staying underwater, they’d do that…
