To be fair, that would be the cat’s expression no matter what was in the bowl.

But no comments about the happy dog?

Check out the dog. That, right there is the secret to happiness. It resides within you. Happy, is all around you, you just have to find it in sights, smells, memories, friends, sunshine, hobbies, a full moon, a walk outside…

She’s right, Frazz: You’re really the best one who can tell others about yourself.

The “How are you?” question is best answered by: “about the same, except more!” …..followed by “Grit, Grace, & Gratitude”

What would it mean had Frazz said, “Same bowl, fresh kibble”?

Still trying to figure out life here.

I think she’s just uses the same cup for her coffee every day…maybe just adding to whatever was left from the day before.

I used to respond with Joe Walsh’s immortal line, “I can’t complain, but sometimes I still do.”

Of course, that was back when I actually went somewhere on a daily basis.
