I’m reminded of an ad I saw years ago, in the Personals section of the newspaper Classified Ads. “Free to Good home. Three year-old Shepherd-Lab mix. Fully vaccinated. House Broken. Will eat anything. Very fond of children.”
Hmmm. Lio’s Spaceship aliens fishing for kiddies had line baited with a big sucker. This sign might attract adults. Kids need flashing lights or sugar for lure in.
I prefer the version from Nigel Kneale is “The Abominable Snowman” (1957) where the Ye-ti are wise and old and not violent normally. They wait as humans burn their candles at both ends. Then they shall get the Earth that they see as truly theirs. The ABSM burn slowly and for centuries.
This is Yeti shaming of the worst kind. Have you not seen Harry and the Henderson’s with John Lithgow, or Tintin in Tibet. The Yeti are gentle beings, our evolutionary brothers and sisters.

First “poodle dog” in the “One Big Happy” rerun, now “yeti snowman” here. So many redundancies today.
