Amelia doesn’t want to be part of the mainstream. Which can be a problem when the mainstream gets things right once every few decades. Yeah, but it’s still rare.

well you do not put a spud under the rainbow parachute like look at his face man he looks he remebered soemthing very important

I think the parachute was the only thing I actually liked in elementary school gym class.

I love how much Amelia hates how cool that is. Nobody deserves disappointment more.

Amelia is trying to denie she loves it.

This was always the highlight of the year in elementary school gym class!

Poor Spud, he looks like he’s going into shock.

But what happens when “bean-pole Paul” has to go home?

Oh man, that really does take me back…ah, to be young again.

Darn, wish we had this when I was in elementary school.

She hates that she is having fun yet she always hangs out with Wallace and Spud whose lives are imursed in fun to the fullest. At least Wallace’s life is but his faithful companion Spud is always by his side regardless as to whether he wants to be there or not. Go figure….

Amelia is quite the cynic. Is there anything she likes?

When I went through Jump School, things were different.

My first parachute didn’t open properly and with 32 seconds before impact I had plenty of time to fix it. My second time was quite a bit better. :) As for this: we never did this in the time I was in school. Never heard of it until today.

I love how big Spud’s eyes are after his concern overall of this yesterday.

Is this really a thing in school nowadays? And to what end? I am soooo out of touch. This reminds me of the time I learned that square dancing was being taught in PE classes. Color me “curmudgeon”.

I’m trying to imagine how cool that would be and I’m coming up empty.

I would do this, but we’d have our legs sticking out and our gym teacher would grab the person next to you and pull them out, and then someone would grab YOU and pull you out. One of my favorite memories of Elementary School.
