Once you are retired, Monday through Saturday are the same.

Actually, Aunty, in many places that’s getting to be popular. In fact, for many years now, lots of businesses in downtown Vancouver BC have been working 4-day work weeks. Traffic in and out of Van on Fridays is almost light.

Four-day work week!

That’ll be the day, Aunty!

Thursday is my Friday. I LOVE 3 day weekends!!!

Keeps Sunday from being the new Monday.

It is for me. I’m off on Fridays!

Working 4/10’s will do that.

I don’t see why it couldn’t be Friday on a Thursday.

Faulty logic there. Aunty. Comparing apples to broccoli.

Move to Saudi Arabia!

Thursday is the new Wednesday. Now are you happy? You get to work an extra day this week.

Because orange is the new black? ☺

If you work 4 ten hour days, Thursday is your Friday. Save a life: get vaccinated.

They can be, once your retire. Neaner neaner.

Every day is the same during tax season.

Actually, back in the late ’60s, when I was a teenager and visiting my older brother who was a student at U of I Champaign he informed me that, at least there, Thursday WAS Friday — or at least the beginning of the weekend.

It’s Not.

Oh, wait, Tuesday is the new Friday.

If 50 replaces 40 and 40 replaces 30, shouldn’t it be Saturday that replaces Friday? That would keep the same direction.

(And it’s just one reason why I don’t believe in the first two.)
