Word of advice, “Run, Duke!” Unless of course you live in an area where the District Attorney never prosecutes the police or priests. (Milwaukee had one for over twenty years who allowed police to get away with murder and priests with child abuse. But God help you if you a young black man caught smoking a reefer.)
Everything else aside, juxtaposing “children” and “duct tape” nowadays raises the specter of a word that starts with “traff” so IMHO it’s not quite as funny as it presumably was in 1995. And THAT threw cold water on everything. :-|
Considering the abuse that occurred in American Indian ‘schools’ & the Irish Catholic children’s homes, and who knows how many others, this thread is becoming pretty dark.
Maybe GBT expected readers to take it for granted that Duke “only” put duct tape on the kids’ mouths to literally keep them quiet. That’s horrific, of course, but it’s not nearly as horrific as what some of us are envisioning. :-|

Very smooth, Duke. He suspects nothing.

Duke shops for his duck tape the same place Wylie Coyote gets his products.

Looks like Duke, or at least Honey, shops by mail at the same place as Wily Coyote.

I guess it’s about time for Duke to strike his teepee and move on to the next scheme.

Anyone want to predict the inspector will approve the place?

This is violently upsetting.

Duke was a man before his time. There were no Blackwater owner/operators to build cages for the children in his time.
