I’m not a smoker, but on reading strip 2 this popped into my head for no reason I can think of: “A cigar is just a cigar, but a good cigar is a smoke.” Some kind of an old quote? Also in strip 1: does Umbrella Guy not ski?Is it really “reading comic strips” when none of them have dialog?
1. Luckily the tree must have been dead and dry-rotted when Bozo ran into it, and it broke clean off.
2. I can definitely commiserate with Bozo in this second comic. I would be annoyed as hell if I had forgotten my pipe…. but I would also go back and get it.
3. “No change provided!” …. seems a logical point of sale transaction to me. :)
So, if my math is reasonably accurate, Bozo trudged back about 70 blocks back to retrieve his cigar. While that is a lot of hoofing, it still seems worth it.
Some of these comments are hilarious. Foxo would be definitely amused. By the way, there were 329 Bozo followers yesterday, 333 today. Many thanks to the four!

I appreciate Foxo not going for the “ski tracks right through the tree” trope.
