This is silly. How could he get “Barnaby Jones” confused with “Good Times”?

As I aged, my memory got better….I found I could remember things that never happened. Now that I am older, my memory has waned. I now seem to forget things I once remembered that never happened.

Of all the things he’s lost, Earl misses his mind the most.

You guys forgot about Marcus Welby MD. I am just shy over 55, I have done a lot of TV guide cross words.

Reality vs Fantasy…..think again, Earl! The ole boob tube has influence…

Asked if he was kind of old to be a detective, Barnaby replied, I always think someone old is a few years older than me. Buddy Ebsen was a great dancer in vaudeville. he lived to be 93. All the great dancers of that era, lived long lives.

Fantasy is sometimes a better choice than reality, especially after such a long period of bad times, like those from the Covid-19 Blues

I always thought they should have called that show “Barnaby Clampett”.

Those stories might not be true, but Earl sure does remember them well.

With age.. memories blurr, You can enhance your past to suit your mood, it’s one (small) advantage of getting old

I have started to think that I should write my memoirs. So far I’ve just come up with a bunch of little stories that don’t fit together very well. Future generations may have to do without inspiration from me.
