1. Hot enough for you?

Why is it that after every conversation it’s “will you hold for a short survey?” If I hang up instead will that be held against the person that just gave me excellent service? So I grudgingly do the little surveys.

The Devil is just try to improve your experience.

Hell would be having to fill all of those surveys, not having a No Thanks option.

Sometimes those surveys encourage you to give high ratings, in exchange for some kind of freebie: “Give us five stars, and get a free Bic Mac!” So, in this hellish situation, what do I get for giving five stars? What’s in it for me?

Which circle? Oh, BTW, it was nicely refreshing not to see a dry and humorless comment rote-ly preaching religious stuff.
