The Society for the Removal of Humor in Jokes strikes again!

I wonder how much of a drawing the cartoonist did before “covering it up”. Would it be easier to sketch complete human figures first, or just to draw partials at the edges of the text box?

Just wondering about the technical aspect of drawing, not the point of the cartoon. Humor professionals aren’t covered by my insurance, anyway.

Looks like a certain cartoonist is in a grumpy mood today.

If this is supposed to be because of “No pants day”, it could have been better.

Or they can take a trip to Arizona, and get a sense of Yuma.

I’ve often wondered how cartoonists, thinking they had written something hilarious, dealt with comments who just didn’t get it.

One too many snarky comments by chance?

So, has Anderson been showing up too often on the “Comics I Dont Understand” website?

Maybe the drawing being covered up is really dangerous; like the Monty Python joke that caused anyone hearing it to die laighing

this is one strip that really, really needed to have one of the comments be ‘i don’t get it’…

I’d prefer no submission over this when the artist has an off day. Probably captioned over an existing cartoon.
