Turning the incompetence chart upside down through incompetence solves the problem. Well, not actually, but it solves the perception problem on the surface.

There is an objective and quantifiable measure of incompetence? There are a lot of executives and government leaders who should be worried.

If there’s a follow up slide showing an incompetence rating for each crew member, I think we know who would be at the top — or would it be at the bottom, or perhaps on the side . . . ?
