National Black Bear Day. Interesting timing on this one, as a black bear was spotted not far out of town just a couple days ago. I didn’t see it, but someone who did got pictures. From their description where they saw it, I’d estimate it was about half a mile from my house.
Ooops! Methinks I goofed yesterday. It was National HUG your cat day, not HOG your cat. But if it made a few people laugh, it’s all good. And besides, I do hog my cats all to myself. I would never allow anyone else to take them away from me.
I knew that there is a wolf in sheep’s clothing but a cat in full feather? It seems to me that Chesney always wants to ruffle feathers. And if he succeeds it’s a feather in his cap.
Nice costume, Chesney, but you can’t fool Annie. On another Note, saw a raven, three robins, a bumblebee, a rabbit, a mouse, and a dragonfly while out walking today.
Well, today’s news is (wait for it)……..there is a snake in my attic. Over the kitchen, I can hear it sliding around…or perhaps I should say…slithering around. I guess it is time to get the guys who work for animal invaders to come and trap it, then make sure it can’t get up there any more. I sincerely hope it is not the python that is loose in the neighborhood.
