I worked with a group that made their coffee like that, you could strip paint with that swill! I gave up trying to get them to ease up on the strength and bought a large Bubba cup and brought my own in from home.

Never had that problem. I don’t drink coffee. But I remember drinking that awful “hot chocolate” from vending machines…

Got his attention with praise & then slammed him with a threat. Probably effective with this character.

For once Rita has an initiative that will benefit the mood of the whole group. She deserves an applause♡.

I am 100% with Rita on this one.

Never make the coffee!

Decades ago, a junior Airman in our office tried to score some brownie points by scrubbing out the big metal coffee urn before making the coffee . . . with an SOS pad . . . which he inadvertently left inside the urn when he made the coffee.

Rita’s strong suit is subtlety.

The one time Sal actually decides on something and he gets totally ripped into.

Sal and I would get along GRRREAT1

Possibly additional fire extinguishers should be available.

I prefer my coffee to taste like turpentine.

Wow, Rita is talking sense and I expect that the whole office will support her 100% on this! Probably Rita’s finest moment. Also, I noticed the “Kyle Miller” Rita eyes too – very effective here.

I knew Rita was good for something! She is making sure the employees won’t have to drink Sal’s awful “coffee” ever again! Score for Rita!

Kerosene? I thought it was solid. Anyhow it fell out of the pot with a thud.

RITA: gotta love her!!! (She won’t allow anything less, or she’ll obliterate you)

All we need now is for Maxine to compliment her version of Sal for making the best coffee ever.

How hard is it to make drinkable coffee?

I wouldn’t compare coffee to kerosene, that’s pretty light, more like used motor oil would be a humorous analogy.
