The sad thing is….after WWII ended, Ho Chi Minh came to DC to ask for our help to form a free and independent Vietnam. Truman wouldn’t even see him.Instead, we backed the French in their effort to re-establish the area as one of their colonies. How many people died because of that?Shoulda, woulda, coulda.
