got up to use the loo and the bartender took the opportunity to inform the gal i was with that i’d been there with other women. yes, i’d been there with another woman – a close friend. as i paid the tab i told the blabby bartender, you know, there was this place that i used to go to all the time, spent a lot of money there, too, but i finally got tired of the bartender and his big mouth…

It’s ok. By the appearance of her stone face she has no intention of even giving a look his way, let alone talking to him.

Yeah, but she’s a psychopath.

Wuss, an adult introduces himself and offers to buy a drink. Not send the bartender over. What is this…elementary school where you have your friend pass a note during recess?

Sociopathy doesn’t (necessarily) mean criminally insane. It could mean shy, or hyper aggressive, or socially awkward, basically anything outside of societal norms. People with Autism are a prime example. There are other, underlying causes, but their reactions to normal input qualifies.
