I’ll take a leaf blower over a skeeter every day

What other senses do we have to choose from?

Whine of the last mosquito? They don’t give me any warnings.

I’m clinging to the remnants of my senses. Eyes are going Hearing is going. Heck even my taste buds seem to be headed toward “forever bland”. I can feel things though. Including, alas, imaginary things that itch and poke.

Better than the alternative. So far…

We? More nerve than a bum tooth.

I like to have the windows open when it’s cool out. But does the neighbor have to use the leaf blower every day when Jeopardy is on?

Should be further rather than farther…

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again—pumpkin spice is the new bacon.

If I was King of the World, I would ban leaf blowers.

Is Frazz surprised that we don’t grow five new senses in the winter?

I remember the smell of burning leafs. That and the taste of fresh and warmed apple cider. Fall brings back great memories. My youngest sons favorite holiday like mine is Halloween.

The person(s) who invents a silent/near-silent leaf blower will become very rich, very fast. HOA’s will mandate them and landscaping/lawn care companies will buy them en masse. I’m surprised Dyson, Toro, Husqvarna, Stihl etc. haven’t come up with it yet. Maybe I should dedicate my time to figuring it out. But first, the next comic strip… :P

A few generations back, the third one would have been “the smell of grilling burgers becomes the smell of burning leaves” — one of the most delicious aromas.

In fall the air is crisper, dryer and lighter.

There’s a huge difference between pumpkins and pumpkin (pie) spices.
