Did Rodney replace the spear tip with a rubber tip. Otherwise, I fear that he might stab himself with all that spear swinging with a real pointed, and sharp metal tip.
Use the Murder Hornet but do not even draw one? It could have been any bugs the way it is drawn. Part of the Murder Hornets fear factor is the size and evil looks that’s it has. I like the strip but wish he had drawn the insect.
Timely. A nest was discovered recently. They got 180 adults from in and around it, and “The nest itself had nearly 1,500 hornets in various stages of development.”

But it’s crows who gather in murders. What’s a group of murder hornets called?

I’d move on, hornet…given Rodney’s abilities, he would end up stinging himself with that spear!
