Our daughter ended up with her Grandmother’s car (a Nissan Versa) a few months after her Gram had passed. While alive, Gram didn’t ever give our daughter permission to drive it (even in an emergency.) No real reason was ever given and our daughter still has a spotless driving record.

Shortly after the car became hers she was driving with a friend while discussing this with her friend. As soon as she laughed and said that she ended up with the car and was driving it after all a pebble flew up and cracked the windshield.

Odds are that Walt will make the same comment, LOL!

I wonder which “his” is Aunty referring to?

True story, when a friend’s mom died family was gathered around her hospital bed. At the moment of passing, nearby church bells started ringing. They had been in the hospital for quite a while, over a week, and the bells had never rung before. She was an incredible lady.
