Well, we know that the Roman Catholic Church and the seven rites within it has woman in leadership positions. So that leaves the mentioned Taliban and the Islamic leadership in the middle-east.
My church hasn’t excluded women from top leadership positions since 1977, and the church buildings haven’t collapsed in shock. We’ve come far, and still have a way to go: https://www.episcopalchurch.org/cast-wide-the-net/why-gender-still-matters/

This is one of the reasons I am no longer a Catholic.
My eyeball count is that about 1/3 of the Episcopal clergy is female. That number includes my deacon wife.

Other than our priest and our maintenance mgr, women run our parish.

They’re not the only two. The Ku Klux Klan, for instance, doesn’t allow women to join at all, though they do have a ladies’ auxiliary organization.

I wonder, that after a generation of liberation for women in Afghanistan, if the Taliban can put the lid back on that can of worms.
I do not think that it is over yet. U. S. involvement may be over, but Afghani women may ultimately decide the fate of the country.
