The timer circuit is separate from the clock

It Started with Forced Time Changing and NOW look where we are. Nearly every State and most Countries have voted to stop the clock on Daylight Savings. It’s Time to Take Charge and Stop the Clock and all the other nonsense as well. Are We Men or Are We Mice, Hickory Dickory.

This would have worked better in the spring, with him mistaking the timer for the clock and adding one hour to it.

There’s a spell for that……

I remember when ladies washed their nylons in the sink and hung them up on the shower rod every night. Boy did they ever get mad if you forgot to take them down if you got to take the first show in the morning.
