I’m concerned that I’ve been talking to myself. I’m told that usually is nothing to worry about. But what bothers me is I’m having trouble following the conversation.

That’s pretty close to my actual experience. I sometimes have to repeat what I said to make sure that the right ones came out, and I didn’t go dysphasic on something.
