I just read everything on my desktop where I can use a mouse. Web pages on the phone are horrible.

At my age, I use a PC to surf the web. Phones are too small and limited.

Get a better ad-blocker. It’s not that difficult.

My gripe is that I have Firefox (my default browser) set to No Videos, yet I have pop-up videos play all the time, particularly on news sites. Am I the only one with that problem, and am I overlooking something? (I update Firefox regularly).

And ironically, as I was reading this, a pop-up ad appeared over it.

That’s what CMD-W is for. Oh, wait, you’re not on a REAL computer.

There is a large element of deception in much of online advertising. The worst are sites where you are trying to download something. Suddenly, a bunch of ads will appear with prominent DOWNLOAD buttons and you have to hunt carefully to find the real download link.

This one hits home!

That is my bitch too. If I wanted the damn add, I would ask for it. Lets get congress to ban these ads.

Go ahead and click on it and give them bogus information – perhaps a Nigerian scam artists contact information?
