What seems like a long term random sniffing exercise for my dog often leads to a varmint in the bushes.

Maybe “grass” is the dog equivalent of “catnip”?

If he had been just sniffing around in the grass – not a big deal. But one single blade for that long – maybe it’s time to visit the vet or a doggie psychologist.

This guy is a champion grass blade inspector. After pondering it for what seems like hours he eats it and moves on to the next one.
