The Courts are supposed to make decisions based on law. Not on their level of patience. It doesn’t matter even if it is right or wrong. What matters is THE LAW.

Biden has not done anything unlawful. Established precedent was set decades ago. If the Court makes any decision otherwise they destroy the law.

Fact: It’s an experimental gene therapy, not a vaccine. Fact: All liability has been removed from anyone making and distributing anything they call vaccines ( since about 1986). Fact: The VAERS database reveals that over 12,000 deaths have occurred very shortly after the COVID “vaccine”. So why should it be OK to mandate this?

Biden admin is going forward with enforcement of the vaccine mandate even though courts have put a stay on it. Yeah, we know it’s probably unconstitutional and the courts have held it up but too bad. Just like when they said the CDC eviction moratorium is unconstitutional but we’ll roll it out until the SCOTUS gets around to saying so. What Constitution? Law and Order? Pshaw! Fascist much?

Meanwhile, hospitals in various unvaccinated hot spots are losing their patients.
